My connection to HH, began when I was in my 20’s. My parents had a cottage in Wasaga Beach but I always loved boating on the Bay. We explored Georgian Bay and discovered Beckwith and Beausolei Islands; like all of us, I fell in love with Eastern G Bay. My wife Marilyn and I started looking for a cottage of our own in the early 2000’s and found a nice Viceroy on North Bay HH. We settled in with our 3 children (Cole, Corbin and Brooke) who were young at the time and this immediately became our summer happy place. In 2014 we ventured out to Cognashene and made Ava Island our new summer home! 

Professionally, I’ve had a 35 year career in finance and operating roles in businesses operating across Canada and the US. With this experience and my CPA designation, I’ve enjoyed my 6 years on the HHBB Board and role as Treasurer.
